![]() ![]() When I try to connect them using the Windows 10 Settings > Bluetooth interface, it shows them paired so I click on "connect" and it connects for about 3-5 seconds then disconnects, no other feedback is given via computer or Alexa. The PC is also able to connect and use other Bluetooth speakers so long as none of them are Echos (I have 3 Echos total, all 3rd gen with this same issue.) The Alexa/Echo itself is able to pair and be used as a speaker with other devices without issue. I have unpaired, rebooted, unplugged, reset etc everything I possibly can and yet I still can only pair the devices but not connect them. ![]() I verified both the PC and Alexa are connected to the same wi-fi network. I am currently having this problem with my MSI laptop running Windows 10, fully up to date. Personally I've moved on from this fantasy and am using an entirely different bluetooth speaker with my PC instead. After much troubleshooting I was able to get it to work for only a few minutes and then spent hours trying to get it to work again to no avail. TL DR: I'm having the same issue, Echo pairs with my PC but only connects for 3-5 seconds then disconnects. ![]()
